"Getting a haircut here was a big mistake for me.i walked into the place. I spoke to a woman. And was guided to the back. Where there was a young man on a cell phone. they proceeded to speak. I couldn't understand a word they were saying that was fine. during my haircut, which consisted of him cutting my hair with one hand while talking on a cell phone with the other. He also decided to take 4 or 5 breaks to use a hair dryer to clean up the hair underneath his chair. While he was cutting my hair. It turned out to also be one of the worst haircuts of my life. I told them not to take any hair off the top. They practically buzz, I would never go to this place."

"I made an appointment for my sons cut via google for 12 noon only to arrive there and was told my appointment was for 2pm. I showed the confirmation text that clearly stated 12pm and this lady looks me dead in the face and said “it’s not my fault. We are busy and your appointment is at 2pm”. No offers to acvomodate and definitely no empathy. This out 3rd time here. 2 nd time the Pollo guy messed up my son’s hair and gave him the wrong cut."
