"I won’t mention the person I went to just because I don’t want to embarrass her. However, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hair appointment. The lady was very nice and meant well, but it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. I asked for two strand twists and the result was horrible. The braid itself was very loose, the ends were not banded together, the boxes were not even, and the braids were all over the place. All in all a bad experience and I won’t be going back. Didn’t write this out of anger, but just to keep people aware that these are not professionals."
