"I went in for a consultation today and Emily is great! I had to go with my 4 and 5 yrs old and I was greeted by her assistant. She offered my children and I beverages while we waited to be seen. She did a test strips on my hair to see how much my hair would lift and during the process my children were driving me a little crazy... I was a little mortified because they knew I couldn't do much while my hair was under the heater! Haha Emily was so kind and patient with them. She offered them preztels and licorice. It was very relieving! She is very kind and professional. The consultation was free and she was in no rush... Except when she could tell my kids were getting restless... Then she moved as fast as she could, but on our behalf. It was a great experience. I'm looking forward to our appointment!"

I also noticed that she had a guy scheduled right before me and right after - so I'm thinking she's great with guy haircuts too.
