"I’ve been using their I-tip and tape ins for years in my clients. I have tried many other brands and I just keep having to go back to the hair shop because the quality is so great! The tape lasts until I take it out, and it comes off with 90% alcohol, no problems at all. The I-tip hair lasts a solid year if well maintained, and I love the wave for my ladies who like having a little body."

"$770 on ‘human’ hair extensions that didn’t even last one month. They are unethical liars who sell ‘human’ extensions that are actually synthetic! They make their money by getting a lot of first time customers because of their corporate image and big selection but they don’t get repeat customers. This hair matted, tangled and got so incredibly dry. I know quality human hair when I see it and this is not real human hair! The women who work at the hair shop should be ashamed of themselves for knowingly lying to and ripping off other women. It’s so bad that I don’t even know how the hair shop can legally stay in business! Please take it from me…I’ve been wearing many different types of extensions for over a decade and I’m appalled and disgusted at this place. They won’t refund you either, they’ll only offer to replace your bad hair with more of the same bad hair!"

"I had bought extension replacement tape from this place. They y’all highly about it and said it’s good quality and will last and hold the extensions. We decided to use it and give it a try and after one wash, the extensions came out and the tape was defective. I follow all the directions and how to maintain tape ins as I have had them a while now but as soon as water hit the tape, it seemed like it desolved. I wasted $300 getting my extensions put in and I could not enjoy my hair and feel beautiful. I know it’s not the extensions because I buy from a great company. I will never buy from this shop again. The products are cheap and the service is horrible. Do not buy from this shop. I’m not the only one having issues with the tape!"

"Got I-tip extensions for the first time and the hair was amazing when I first got it. After one wash the hair became so dry and brittle. Tangled mess. Ripped out my actual hair because the knots were so bad. Mind you I only had the hair three weeks. Went to a different tech and she helped me get a refund for the hair. Jenny is very nice but not very helpful At all and should not be selling this hair. Do not waste your money. :("
