"Staff was kind but the haircut did not met expectations. Front bangs are uneven, so is the blending on the sides. Family assumed it was a home mid-cut. Update: the owner reached after this review to offer a fix cut. I appreciated the acknowledgment and offer to fix. We waited a few weeks for it to grow out. The follow up cut was MUCH BETTER. I don’t know why this one cut was poor but I hope for positive consistency in the future."

"I wrote this review on behalf of my son who recently had his hair styled at this salon. According to him, the stylists were incredibly friendly and courteous. They displayed great skill in making sure he remained comfortable and still throughout the haircut, resulting in a fantastic outcome. One aspect he particularly enjoyed was the availability of video games to keep him entertained during the entire process."

"Update: The owner reached out to make it right and we were able to see a different stylist, Valerie. Let me start by saying Valerie was fabulous- so patient and kind. My son started out very upset from our last experience, but by the end he was happy and even asked to go back. If you have a younger child, I highly recommend only booking with Valerie. Although his hair still looks bald in the places the other stylist cut too thin, Valerie was able to layer it so it will grow out properly and we just have to wait out what the other stylist did. I would return to see Valerie. First experience 1 star: While my son wasn’t the most cooperative, we’ve had another salon take the time to make my son comfortable and work with us. My son’s hair was absolutely butchered, brushed to the side so we wouldn’t notice as another person posted happened to them 6 months ago, and went on our way. They even got him with the clippers a few times. If she felt it was unsafe to continue, she should have said so and I would have understood. Not like there was anyone else waiting to take a little extra time either."

"Adding to below: Libby rocked it AGAIN. Brought in both my kiddos this time. Their hair looked amazing and she did exactly as I asked while keeping my boys calm! After trying multiple places, I think we finally found the perfect combination of a fun atmosphere and quality cut for my son! Libby was great at adapting to my son’s behavior and making it a pleasant experience. We will be coming back for sure!"

"YIKES! I came in to get my 3 boys hair cut and I had one lady do two of my boys and another hair dresser cut my younger sons. The older lady who cut my two older sons hair, truly did not do an acceptable job. Because it was brushed to the side I didn’t notice how bad it was until we got home. I’ve never seen such a bad haircut- it’s like she put a bowl on top of his head and by the front of his hair went straight across. We are dying over it as hair truly makes such a difference how you look! My other sons hair is cut very uneven in lots of areas and was not blended well. The younger gal that cut my youngest sons hair did a great job so there clearly was a big difference in the skills between the two hair dressers. And lastly the price is SO expensive. It was my fault for not checking prices before I came into the store but I assumed it would be a lot more reasonable as most places are. We are from Canada so there is a 30% extra with the conversion rate so Canadian I paid over $115 for three boys haircuts two of which really are bad. The price is shocking for a little kids haircut. Especially when the quality is this low. I also wasn’t ever asked during the process if I liked the way it was looking or at the end if I wanted any touchups etc. not impressed. Save your money folks and go elsewhere"
