"When I see someone’s hair that I like, I tend to ask who their hairdresser is. That’s how I came upon Veronica Peraza. The gal that referred me said that she only gets occasional hair cuts from her, but I discovered that Veronica also advertises balayage. Now, I am picky (being a retired hairdresser) but the last time I saw her (and requested a balayage) she literally put no foil on the ends of my hair! When I asked her about it she said it’s perfect. Well, unfortunately it wasn’t “perfect” & I did not receive a balayage that day, like I requested… where the roots are smudged and the hair graduates lighter towards the ends. I still paid her the high price she charges for the service, (just under $300 for shoulder-length hair) but I won’t be back. When the first line of her booking site states; * * All Services are Non-Refundable * * that should have been my first clue that not everyone is happy with her services. I give 2 stars for location and a decent haircut. ⭐️⭐️"

"I had my hair cut by Veronica for the first time today, and will definitely be coming back. My hair is challenging, and she took the time to consult with me, which not everyone does. She was warm and friendly and easy to talk to. My hair looks and feels great! Cannot say enough good things about my experience today!"
