"2 stars because the older cashier lady was very sweet, but the younger skinny, white, long haired manager girl needs some customer service training. she was rude to not just the cashier working, but to the customer for no reason. mad because she had to check the price on a cane. i can see why every review for the last 3 months is a 1 star."
"At 5pm Friday night, my doctor called in a prescription for antibiotics as I was horribly sick. It took Walgreens 18 hours to fill. This pharmacy offers horrible customer service. I'm going to CVS or Safeway."
"I called to get some information on my prescription and the girl who started the was Noel first she sounded like she didn't want to be there. She asked for my last name, gave it to her. Then she asked for it again with my first name. Sorry you just asked for my last name. Noel answered back rudely I DID! I said she is rude. Next thing I know I'm hold without being told. The girl that cam on was VERY NICE not rude figured put the problem. Thank you I didn't catch her name. But Noel oh boy."
"The pharmacy closes at 9PM. I arrived to the store at 8:40PM (20 minutes before closing) to pick up my prescription however the pharmacy was locked up and only the drive thru was available. I got in the drive thru line at 8:45PM (15 minutes before closing). There were several cars in front of me. The truck directly in front of me pulled up to the window exactly at 9PM. He was helped but before he even pulled away they pulled the blinds of the drive thru window shut and placed the sign saying “no pharmacy on duty”. It was 9:02PM at that time however I arrived to the store 20 minutes prior to them closing and waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. I waited at the window for several minutes however nobody helped me. This is terrible customer service. If I were in line in the store they would’ve helped me however because they were able to just pull the blinds shut on me they did not. The pharmacy was closed in the store and I had no option but to use the drive thru. I was the last car in line and was at the window 2 minutes past closing. They should have helped me."
"I went to the Coachline/Twin Peaks location in Tucson, AZ. I was buying some chocolate and chap stick. The woman at the front was very nice to the woman in front of me. When it was my turn though, her whole demeanor changed and she barely said a word to me and then called me a "gentleman" (by the way, I was born and raised a woman and have given BIRTH to a child...pretty sure that doesn't make me a man) to another woman behind me. Saying that I was basically in the way of the other woman's stuff on the counter. So, I wanted to say (sarcastically) that you guys are doing GREAT (not) in customer service. Big ol' thumbs up there."
