"First time as a customer: Had an appointment with Jay and waited 30 minutes for the haircut, which isn’t anything new and isn’t much of an issue but once he started cutting he seemed rushed and completely did his own thing with my haircut. I asked for a midfade with 1/2 inch off the top and received a high fade with the top half the length of my regular hair. As a first time client I would not recommend Jay. I’ve included photos for reference on how my previous cut to his cut."
