"This is a revised review of an original post. Thank you to customer service for reaching out. I walk by this particular location regularly as I live nearby. The guys coming and going seem to have nice, sharp cuts, Especially guys with fades. This seems to be what the stylists specialize in. The concept is a good one, But not as convenient as I anticipated. The app is clunky and time consuming to navigate. I canceled my membership after the first month."

"I keep going back to Keep It Cut. Making an appointment is easy. I'm in and out. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My hair looks great when Danielle is finished and the price is great."

"Prices are going up on Feb 1 for skin fade haircuts, claiming they take more time to finish. That's the haircut I get and I never sit for more than 10 minutes of my 20 or 25 minute appointment. This is called bait and switch. This is no longer economical and I expect they will be raising their prices across the board soon. Save your money and look elsewhere."

"Been getting my hair cut here for a pretty long time, almost over 2 years now. I thought it was a pretty comfortable, inclusive space to be in but unfortunately that’s not the case. Last time I got my haircut there I was told by the person who cut my hair that Danielle outed me to the people she works with that I’m transgender. Firstly I don’t know where she got that information from because I wouldn’t share that as I don’t identity as trans and have never said that, secondly no matter if it’s a safe space or not you don’t take that privilege away from someone who is actually trans to come out and identify as that. Safe or not again that’s not safe and not your right to do so.. it’s not your identity and not your right to out someone. I’m appalled and disgusted by hearing this. It made me very uncomfortable and unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my membership after 2 years. If you’re going to fake an inclusive space how about we start by not outing people who aren’t necessarily out or are even trans. Keep those things to yourself when someone who is trans discloses that with you. End of story I’m disgusted and uncomfortable."

"I’ve been a Keep it Cut member for several years and have always had amazing experiences. The other day was another one. I normally go to Arcadia but they didn’t have any times I needed so I found Shawn at Encanto, and I’m glad I did. Shawn was extremely pleasant and comfortable to sit with. He took his time and asked questions along the way. He’s a great conversationalist, too! I had a really good time sitting in Shawn’s chair and he found himself a new client!!! Thank you Shawn!!!"
