"I went earlier this week to get a blonde balayage and I came home with dry and damaged hair. Zulema did my hair and she has such tough hands the whole process she kept tugging and pulling in my hair it was starting to make me mad how not gentle she was being. I’ve never had this problem before with the other women who use to work at this salon but I feel that as of lately they just do bad hair dying jobs. I paid 350 for dry damaged hair. I will say that the barbers who are there really do take there times with there clients and do a good job. At cutting hair (Kevin and Rafael)."

"Did not get what I asked for. Photo 1 shows what I requested, was told it could be done. Then got the results in 2nd photo. The owner told me she could work my hair on a warranty after I was not given the results I was told could be achieved. When I called back after to schedule the correction was told too much time had gone by for warranty to be applied and I had to pay for regular service. (I was never told warranty expired) Owner said the warranty could only be valid up to a week after the service. I honestly don't feel anyone's hair is healthy enough especially mine, just after a week for a correction. Hair damaged.Money lost. Disappointed. Not to mention I spend so much money AND time to lighten my hair in the first place and to have all the success gone, down the drain in one bad hair job.. I feel the owner could have taken into consideration that I had been a client for a while and could have atleast worked with me to get the results I was looking for. The owner has no customers service etiquette. She was rude and did not take the time to even bother. Im looking at the reviews from other unsatisfied clients and sad to say I was one more and my experience was very similar."

"Its been 4 days and alot of my color has washed out. I also had my hair cut and styled and that came pretty good. The lady who did my hair took 5 hours to do and left alot of dye on my scalp, i love the color just wanted better service i paid $325"

"BAD! I asked for LONG BOB and ended up with some short short layered "BOB". I don't understand why some stylist feel they have to layer women's hair on every cut. I've had this cut for years and past Tech would cut LONG layers hardly noticeable. I walk in and ask for a cut, If they are 15-20 minutes from closing then just ask me to come back some other day. Instead lady sits me down and by the time she was half way through she told me she had to hurry because they closed at 6pm and it was 6:05! Before that the other techs that were there were rushing to leave they went over to main breaker and turned all the lights off so gal doing my hair had to holler at them to turn them back on. She made a sarcastic comments when I replied how many children I have which I did not appreciate. Very unprofessional, these ladies need to remember that if it weren't for their customers they wouldn't have a job!"
