Because Bill was so helpful right from the start over the phone, offering to search their catalog etc, we drove to their new location- which turned out to be the right choice . We got a lot of stuff on clearance which helped our budget and Bill personally attended to us, helping us pick the right type /sizes etc Not all his staff were friendly (maybe they aren’t retail - more online?) - but one gentleman was particularly nice (the one who does inventory?) and went the extra mile to help us search his warehouse to find the right fit. Bill came across an honest businessman (that two doesn’t always go hand in hand) and a true diver/instructor who breathes this sport and now make a living helping others enjoy.
