"Update: the employees are very kind, and were attentive. I still need an answer for the system though. The employees are fine and do a good job! The app and system is terrible. Poor Customer Service Experience. I check in prior to leaving work, which is a 20 minute drive. I get a notification that I am next up in line. I pull in and as soon as I walk in I get a notification that my check-in has been canceled. I get placed back in line and now am 45 minutes from my appointment instead of 0 minutes. This isn't a good policy for customers that are regulars and have busy working schedules. The workers explained that they have no control over it and that it automatically cancels an appointment. I don't understand this, why wouldn't it just push you to the next one? It defeats the purpose for me to use the app and now I'm wasting 45 minutes of my time, when I was a good customer and made sure to schedule in an appointment like I am asked to. I never have a poor experience with Sports Clips locations, the people are good people. I leave this review in the hopes that they will look at their policy and app parameters in order to not waste my time and provide a better experience. I'll update it I receive one."
