"I took a chance one day after work to be a walk-in (now that I read the other reviews, I feel very lucky!), it was kinda late evening. I haven’t had a great style for quite a while, but Chas did it! He stayed open pretty late with no complaints and the conversation was glorious. I now have a great style for my long hair! "I'm a little late writing this post but it is extremely well deserved! I had an appointment with another hair dresser. This was important to me, it's been about 6 years since I had my hair done and I lost a lot of confidence in myself. I had two babies back to back and my hair was going through post Partum hair loss. A lot of it. So going to get my hair done was very important to me. When they did it they did a complete botch job and charged me 250 dollars to do it. I was so upset I didn't even want to fix it. I felt defeated. This place was booked up so that was the reason why I choose the other place. Later that night the owner of this place wanted to check on me and apologize that they didn't have an opening so I told them what happened. He felt so bad he offered to help fix my hair for a very fair charge. And it came out amazing! He fixed my hair and I feel so great now. I know it sounds weird but I felt like I got my groove back. I will never go to another hair dresser again."
