"I took two suits in to be dry cleaned, but was disappointed by the state they were in when I arrived to pick them up. One of my pants was still dirty, as well as the one of the suit coats. The dry cleaner did go ahead and clean them for me when I noticed this. However, I also noticed that threads were pulled out of one of the inner suit coat pockets, leaving them exposed. The coat was not damaged when it was dropped off. I asked the dry cleaner what happened, and the reply was, "I don't know. It's your jacket." I would have considered coming back after they cleaned the dirty spots I noticed. However, after showing blatant disrespect for my personal property and trying to blame their neglect on me, I will take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same."

"I have used this company several times and have finally concluded that their quality is just not good. There is no other choice in Hurricane and St. George is 20 minute drive. I have noticed recently that some of my clothing appears to be just ironed and not cleaned. The exact same spots, which I usually point out to them at the time of drop off, exist when I come to pick the clothing back up. Their young son is nice and friendly, but is unsure at times and missed some of my clothes when I came to pick them up last time. Between the non-cleaned items and other challenges, I am going to make the drive to St. George going forward. I pay almost double what I did up in Northern Utah and the quality was much better."
