Madsen's Printhouse

"Terrible customer service! I will never use them again and highly encourage no one else use them either. We had bought jackets and wanted them embroidered with our business logo and name. Jandee misspelled the name of our business after being sent artwork with it spelled correctly. She offered to replace the jackets after she admitted it was her mistake. After sending her an invoice for the cost of jackets, she changed her mind and said she would only pay for half. She said it was also my mistake that she spelled it wrong because she sent me a photo asking if the outline of our logo was how we wanted it (I did not know I was supposed to spell check her on a design I sent with the correct spelling). She paid for half our jackets and said she wouldn't charge for embroidery. After I told her that we did not see that as fair, because we now have jackets that we can not use or give to our staff, she said that we could come to a different resolution where she could embroider our new jackets. I tried calling the business owner to resolve the issue and she seemed willing to do so but then called Jandee to let her know. Jandee then called and left me a rude and unprofessional voice-mail. After calling her back the issue has not been resolved and Jandee demanded to get paid for the embroidery that she messed up. They have the worst customer service, are unprofessional, and rude. (Unless you want your business name spelled incorrectly and to be told it was your fault ) I wouldn't use them."
