"I am livid at what they did to my sons hair. The older man who was at the station in the back on the left completely butchered my sons hair. I called ahead to make sure they had a skilled barber who knew how to work with longer mens cuts and when we got there, they sat us with one barber, then sent my son to the older man since “he had more experience.” I provided a very brief and simple explanation of what we were looking for, and said we did not want much length taken from the top, just the sides. I even showed a picture for reference. The cut was completely uneven, and he created a weird mullet in the back. The entire cut was just awful and my son had to travel for a special event the next day, looking like this. I expressed how bad it was and the man just kept trying to justify his work by saying “that’s what you wanted” and did not even offer to fix it., not that I would have ever allowed it. I told him I would pay but I was not tipping him. He gladly took my payment without offering any apology or resolve. I’ll never go back!!"
