"Had an absolutely terrible experience today. Walked in at 2:00 PM and the gentleman at the first chair to your right Who claims to be the owner of the shop told me to come by at 4:15 to 430 for a haircut. I show up at 4:20. As I arrive, he is finishing up with a client then proceeds to take another client over me spends an hour on hair When she barely has any hair on her head. 530 came along, and I asked him to try to keep My haircut short as I have things to do. He then starts to have an attitude with me stating That he is the owner and he takes his time with all his haircuts, and then states that I have a bad attitude and that we never set up an appointment and that the haircut would be $40 since it was after hours. I told him his other barbers only charge me 30. He states since it is after hours it will be 40. We then proceeded to go back-and-forth About who’s right in the situation and he kicks me out. Terrible customer service Back!!!!"
