"I made and appointment at 10am to visit the store right when they opened. Not sure why because no one even knew that the appointment was made. There was a gentleman there that halfway greeted me but had to let him know that I made an appointment. The gentleman grab Someone from the back who then proceeded to help me but it wasn't until they realized I was serious about a purchase that their attitude changed and was given superior service. Just an FYI the great experience should begin at the door. Other than the initial greeting I had a great time in the store and the merchandise looks so much better in person than it did online!"

"The bad reviews others have left, are legit. The workers have a “holier than thou” attitude. I tried on a few pair, decided to purchase, until the lady gave me a five minute talk, insinuating this is the first pair I have ever purchased. I guess because I look like an average person, I was not deemed worthy enough to roll out the friendly customer service. How she presented herself; no wonder the store looks dead. So I walked across to Dior. There are bigger dept stores that price CL shoes cheaper and the customer service is on point. Why pay 60 dollars more for a bad attitude and the same shoes?"
