"Do NOT go to this station at night time if you can! There is a security guard that shows up to take a selfie to say they were there and immediately leaves at night. Restroom been broken for months. Broken phone. No outlets. No indoor areas. Pretty much no nothing! 5 miles away from town and a nightmare to be stranded at if you miss the train. Considering how much of a tourist location and money Palm springs bring in likely every year this is actually baffling how much of a dump this station is."
"All Aboard! I took Amtrak here on the Sunset Limited / Texas Eagle train. Great access to Palm Springs and the entire Coachella Valley."
"we have used the station on a number of occaisions.. mostly at 1 in the morning.. its clean and has places to sit. BUT-- there IS a bathroom but one cannot Use it unless one of the security people stop by to open it for you.. (we were stuck there with a late train once and three young children.. this was a MAJOR problem) I realize they lock it for keeping supplies from being stolen and vandalism problems (do they actually have such problems?) the solution to the problem would be a simple one. put a number lock on it and the lock code on your ticket. that way anyone without a ticket would not be able to use the facilities.. otherwise i have no problems with them. and will use the facility again :) - as i Love traveling by train"
"This is a sad yet well-equipped little train station with limited service to Los Angeles and points east. It is sad because it is well-maintained but unused except for the three trains a week Amtrak offers."
"this rating should be 0 star. "there is no service" you cannot get to a person to speak with, when I did guess where the person is located Hon Duras or the phillipines they have NO idea what the situation is here in the desert. WHY greyhound cannot have any service at all is beyond me. Donna Schaddelee"
