They work hard for each customer… and everyone has to be flexible with the timeframe and expectations. There were several things that came up that were out of their control and they handled it the best they could. Jeff is great guy. He will work hard to give you what you need and want. "RR&B Is the most reasonably priced landscaping company around. I received 5 quotes, one from a family friend and they even beat that price. Their package deals for new builds are amazing. They are super nice, veteran owned, and it’s so much fun to walk through their nursery and choose your plants, trees, rocks and pavers. I can’t wait to have them reface my boring front yard. I will use them for all of my landscaping needs."

"This place is the absolute worst. They were very friendly and helpful when taking my order and payment but after that complete and utter disgraceful customer service. I ordered 1”-3” river rock to use for my back yard. The day it was supposed to be delivered they were so behind on their drop off times I offered to reschedule and have them drop it off the next week. The next week the delivery driver was dismissive with my husband and dumped 10 tons of rock in the middle of our street and drove away. He did not let us see the rock or work out where to have it dumped. When we saw the rock over half the rock was 6” or larger. I thought there was no way this was the correct product. I gave them a call to see if they had sent the wrong rock. The previously friendly staff was extremely rude and offered no options. They told me it was pulled from the correct pit, it was a natural product and they could not control the size (insert sarcastic snotty voice). They told me the owner was out of town and I would have to wait for him to return before they could do anything for me. It took several calls over the course of a week before I was told me that they did not send the wrong size rock and that they can not control the size because it is a natural product. When ordering the river rock there were 3 size options available so I asked them why they even had different options if they can not control the size. Again their response was it is a natural product. I know with natural product there will be some variation but this was unbelievable. The rock was double to triple the size, not only that but a quarter of the pile was dirt and some of it wasn’t even river rock. The only option I was given was to pay them to haul it away and no refund would be offered. I did not get a call from the owner or a manager and was completely dismissed and left with 10 tons of rock in the middle of my street that I would either be forced to use or pay them more money to haul it away."

"I cant say enough, first off, on their customer service. Jeff and his crew went above and beyond what is generally expected from anyone these days. The crew worked tirelessly and finished in one day. They did an incredibly beautiful job and left me yard impeccable... front, side, back and out front where the sand and rock were. Jeff came by personally to check the work performed and he saw one tiny thing he wasn't happy about and told me they'd be back to take care of it first thing in the morning. I hadn't even noticed anything. But he did! The price was right, quality was outstanding and to reiterate, the customer service was outstanding. I will recommend Jeff and his business to anyone looking for a reputable, dependable and professional yard design and landscape company. I'm so very happy with their work!"
