"Not impressed with man that provided a foot rub instead of massage. His English is apparently not good either and couldn't understand me. I paid him $35 as agreed but my husband can actually "massage" my feet better. Normally I tip 20 percent after a great massage when I feel my massauese was intuitive professional and performed well. Today I did not feel that way. He "asked" me for a tip! When I tried to explain I felt it was a rub and not a massage as advertised he appeared not to understand me. When a tip is earned or deserved it is given. Maybe some ESL classes would improve his ability to listen and hear customers. These review responses from the owner are done through someone else or translated by an app because no one there speaks or understands English well enough to speak this way. To ask for a tip is unprofessional especially when unearned."
"Noticed Foot Spa, which is new in the area. On a whim, I popped in for a much needed 60 minute full body massage. So glad I did! Fantastic massage - nice and firm pressure. Great value. Can't wait to go back to try foot massage/reflexology!"
