"If I could give a 0 star review I would. We bought Duravana floors for our house and spent so much money on them. 2 weeks after they where installed and new baseboards installed, the floors started chipping and denting. We purchased these floors with the understanding that these where the most durable option and a lifetime warranty. The customer service provided by this company is an absolute joke. They said they could provide me with a $250 store credit to purchase the same product (which is worthless) and I would have to rip up my floors to replace the boards that are chipping and denting. Such a terrible experience. I’m not looking for money, I’m looking for them to make there bad product right and take care of their customers. It’s now my mission to make sure that nobody I ever come in contact with purchases floors from LL Flooring."

Monica the store manager was so helpful before and after the sale, we ordered to much tile (over $600 worth) Monica happily credited me and unloaded the truck.
