"Most of the time I experience with this frys is a good experience and pretty uneventful. A few weeks ago I was there and at check out, I was shocked because the checkout girl, Kayla (colorful hair) was not friendly at all, didn’t say a word to me, and was in some sort of a disagreement or situation with the bag person Aiden. She kept asking him things like what’s your problem? Why are you ignoring me, You’re so much drama…. Just like egging him on for some sort of an answer. It was obvious that there was something going on that bothered her, so she kept focusing on that and bothering him versus focusing on the customer Aiden, I think, was trying to be quiet, because there was a customer, me, so he didn’t really say a word. I felt bad for him because I think he was embarrassed that she was making a scene in front of me. I come from a healthcare, customer service background Really awful and tacky. I hope somebody can coach her and teach her about excellent Customer service."
"I have been shopping at the Frys (Power & Baseline) for 7 years. When I first started shopping the store was much cleaner and the majority of the employees were friendly and helpful. My shopping experience was stressless and when there was a hiccup Frys made it right. Recently ( x2 years), however the stores appearance, employees and product choices have declined. While my favorite local grocery is Frys in Apache Junction, I like the small town feel at this location. Today was my first Frys pick up and it was seamless. I even had a return and it was stressless. My concern was in the store, a female employee (which was also the associate who brought my groceries out for my pick up)that hit (not to cause harm but enough to make her stagger and startle her) my Mom with a cart. Not a shopping cart but another type of cart. My 78 year old mother was very upset about this due to,almost to the day, she was severly injured by a kitchen staff worker at her place of employment in a similar, avoidable accident. I/we were not able to address the situation at the time and it was a good thing because I might cleaned that associates clock ( not a threat, just a vent). It might be advisable to go over some safety and awareness policies."
"Would not recommend. This store decided to not follow holiday hours and with 15 minutes left and being Christmas eve, I work two jobs and wor 5am-9pm had a 10 minute window since I work at dominos in same lot and remembered I forgot graham crackers. Guy at door argues with me on why I can't come in for one item with 10mintues left and then tells me he's not arguing anymore have a good night. Great Christmas spirit and customer service. We at dominos let people in till about 9 and we closed at 8 but hey who wants customers"
"This location is constantly out of items. So often that I am starting to skip going to this one on power and baseline and just go down to Higley. Some of the staff has been rude about us expecting the product to be available and the people working in the bakery can not be relied upon to write anything legible on one of their cakes for you. The last 2 cakes I have bought from this location have ended up being free because not one manager could read what was written."
"Frys is well staffed and well stocked. Wide variety and wide aisles. Friendly efficient staffing. The deli is well maintained, the dairy area is clean and neatly arranged. Overall, a great place to shop for all your family needs."
