"Was employed for a month last year before I was terminated without warning or reason. I typically stick with most places no matter how good or bad but this place’s disorganization, incompetent management, and simultaneous lack of products going out the door during a metal shortage while still having a backlog due to placing unfeasible orders makes it a extremely bad place to work or gain service. NOTABLY, field management(warehouse and assistant managers) alongside low level admin personnel and regular workers were fine. Crack group of working class people. However, because of the above issues, it’s nearly impossible to have a efficient operation here, let alone one that’s actually effective and geared towards the customer or any of the fine businesses who depend on this company for their own livelihoods. Put simply, when every new order is automatically delayed by three months, that hurts operations on all levels and yet they continued to pile on. I’m unaware of the situation a year in advance now, but I do hope eventually the company gets its operations in order. However, that’s a long way away from what I’ve observed during and after my time there."
"Very bad customer service. It takes 3-4 months to get material. They are very rude when you call to inquire about your delivery and they can't even give you a date. The best they tell you is that they will notify you a few days before the material is ready for pick up or ready for delivery. It is impossible to run a business with that kind of information and they don't seem to care. I have talked to several managers and I get the same non-caring attitude. Now, they sent a notification that they do not have any drivers to make deliveries. I know times are tough now, but this company is the worst to deal with out of all the material vendors we deal with. When a company struggles, it is time for the owners and management to take action but their is none."
"they expect alot out of you if your a temp worker do not work here i could not do ten orders a day so they just let me go. they dont want you to stack orders high on carts but there is no carts. also if you want to get hired here dont do it there is employees there thats been there for 2 years and they only get $13.00 an hour they dont pay the peaple right and they want you to work every saturday."
"This business operation is atrocious. If you go here, reserve at least 4hrs of your time. Why? Because you get your email stating your order is ready, you go down to pick it up, it's incomplete and/or not even staged. So that 2-4 hrs spent there is them trying to finish filling yours and others orders. If you try to put an order in now, reserve a month for them to cut it and then send you your incredibly inaccurate job completion email as described above. They also seem to have an issue with handling price discrepancies when they decide to triple digit change the price half way through the job. This is a regular occurrence, pre covid. The only thing that keeps this company going is the fact they have no real competition. There's very few patio material suppliers in Arizona. The patio cover industry is thriving but you have these kinds of suppliers who can't keep up with demand simply because of POOR MANAGEMENT. If anyone of importance reads this, I highly advise an evaluation of your companies operation practices and floor management. (PhxAZ)"
"Very unaccommodating to customers. They will not deliver to jobsites, their prices are high, they are constantly raising their prices and charge a huge fee to use credit card. It appears they do not want to deal with smaller Contractors and are only interested in dealing with large Contractors. As a business person myself, this is very bad practice. When things slow down, it is the smaller companies that keep afloat."
