"We got shipped the wrong product. I drove to this location to get it resolved the manager at this location told me to drive 20 miles out of my way to get it swapped at the main one down on indian school. Indian school didnt even have my product and go told to go back to bell road for my product. Finally got my problem resolved but thank you for wasting my time and money and giving me attitude on returning or swapping out a product"

"I found this store when I was looking for a hardware store nearby because I needed a small screw that fell out of something I was working on. The gentleman that assisted me was able to find exactly what I was looking for right away. He walked in the back, came back about a minute later, handed me 2 screws and said "no charge". I was a bit stunned that he wouldn't allow me to pay, but grateful for his generosity. It's small gestures like this that go the furthest with me and the next time I need to make a run to a hardware store, this place will be at the top of my list. Thank you again."

"Been going here for years; went there about two weeks ago and saw their prices more than than doubled what they used to be. I didn’t mind making the drive since I would stock up on bolts nuts and washers and it was cheaper than the big hardware store. Not anymore, think I’ll just save the drive now. If your prices ever come back down to earth I’ll show up again. I’m not paying 90 dollars for a couple boxes of washers again."
