"Twice now I've dropped in on a Saturday with no Appointment (JL dead battery then AUX battery), and both times the service team was quick to greet me (friendly as well). They managed to fit me into the schedule which is tough on a short day with less staff. Justin, Christian and Kyler are great at what they do, and kept me in the loop the whole time. This speaks volumes of their customer service.. especially in the dealer world. Also thanks to the technician that got me back on the road, much quicker than I expected. Some background on me. I'm a parts director for a competing dealer group with over 20 years in the business. Let's just say my expectations are high (as I work with advisors and technicians every day). Its a big deal that these guys still managed to exceed expectations... so thank you!!"

"Receptionists we're nice atleast, that's about all I can say. not sure what the service, advisors ir quality of work is like. I Called 3 different times between 8:30-9:20 a.m. on 6/20 just to try and set an appointment for an oil change and ask about my service contract but never got an answer after the receptionists. stayed on the like for over 7 minutes each time and couldn't leave a voicemail. If they can't even answer a phone why should I trust them working on my vehicle? Only a mile away from me but I'll take it somewhere else now and in the future. Apparently they're busy enough."
