"Check the expiration dates! You’ll thank me later! Second time visiting this store today, after the first time foolishly not checking the expiration dates on any of the snack we bought and what a huge let down-they were all expired. Today I thought I give it a second chance, but made sure I checked all expiration dates and nothing has changed. A lot of the items have expired a while back, hence I only walked out with canned white cow cheese, which by the way, is delicious!"
"Grocery with good prices and a deli. Has a small area with tables inside and outside. You can even watch Bulgarian television! Wine products, drinks, dry and freezer food, and home goods like toilet paper from the old country."
"It's a bit hard to find: the market is in the same blue building as the auto shop. But wow, it's so cheap!! Like, I expect the prices from imported European goods to be way, way more expensive than this. But the candies and cookies here are actually cheaper than many American brands. The store definitely has a Bulgarian focus, but there are many other European countries represented here as well. There are a ton of really good 50% off items, it looks like the storeowner cut the price in half when anything approaches its best by date. Love it!"
"My first time coming to this amazing hidden gem. This store has a array of imported Bulgarian snacks, sweets, frozen foods, wines, ingredients, spices, homemade food and pastries that they make in their store. The lady that worked there was super nice, if you want to know about any product, don’t hesitate to ask her questions. The banitsa was buttery, flaky and the cheese had a little tangy salty flavor that was delicious! 10/10 I will definitely come back when I visit Phoenix again."
"“Hidden Gem” Very welcoming and hospitable owner. Traditional Bulgarian croissant was delicious, and they have a little place to dine in which is lovely."
