"While the carpet and seat cleaning was done well and the dash and door looks okay (minus a handful of thick spots of cleaner and not a huge attention to detail). I was left rather disappointed that for $150 my rear view mirror & windows were not cleaned and neither were my rims. You'd think those would be standard (or at the very least attempted) in a VIP wash and interior detail. Fortunately this was for a car I am selling. For what I got I would NOT pay the same amount again for the same job on my everyday car."

"Macey, Wyatt, and Brendan were part of the "A" Team today, at 806 N. Bluff St. in St George, Utah. They did an amazing job on my old truck and made it look brand new! Thank you, Fabulous Fredy for having an affordable car detailing service and great, hard working employees!"

"I really wanted to give a good rating but this is probably the worst experience ive ever had getting a detail done on my car. I spoke to the girl up front at the vending window for the washes, she told me that the services that id recieve for the price i am paying will be: Seats Shampooed, and carpets done as well, I asked that my trunk for sure be done as well. The first day (Sunday) i came and was told they could get it done, i told them id have to get another car and would be right back, I came back and they told me they couldnt do my car even though they had said they would be able to, So i was now stuck with not being able to get my car done and having another car with me. I left my car over night at the shop to have it done in the morning, I came back paid for the service the next day clarifying everything that'd be done for my car while i was paying; went off to work (working a double for the day). I was told that i would recieve a call when my vehicle was done and did not recieve a call, I returned to pick up my car here on my break 4 hours later from when i dropped it off and the services I was told I paid for were not completed, I was told that i would have to pay an additional 55.00$ to have everything done. I now have to wait another 1 & 1/2 hour to have the rest done and has become an inconvience for my work. I was told the incorrect information from the start and now im paying the price, have now paid nearly 200$ for a detail for a 2016 Dodge dart. I thought that since this is a well established company that something like this wouldn't ever happen, but it did and I feel like I was cheated. I do not recommend coming to fabulous freddys. I have included my receipts & took account for the 20$ tip I had left initally cash as well. I wish the girls up front were more professional & trained with the information they are providing customers so that others don't experience the same thing I did today. Updated: I got my car back and they did do a good job on the seats and the carpets, but basic wipe down and vacuum were done "half way" I've included pictures. To pay 200$ and not have my car spotless is disheartening."

"Came here after driving from salt lake in the winter, spent 58 dollars for a car wash and detail. The interior was barely whipped down, screen was still dirty as well as the back window, trim on doors, running boards, and dash. Would not recommend this car wash."
