"Had looked for tile at other tile stores with no success, then stopped at Arrowhead Carpet & Tile. Found some tile I liked. Had 1 more place to look at their tile. Didn't see anything I liked. On Monday morning went back to Arrowhead Carpet & Tile. Ask if they delivered and how much. They saw my hat and said that since I was a Veteran they would give me a good price cut on the delivery fee. I bought the tile and they went to wearhouse and picked it and delivered it the same day. "Walked into Arrowhead carpet and met David Whitermore. He was very polite and asked what we were looking for and took to several samples of carpeting to view. We selected a sample and took it home. It worked very well in our room and we contacted him to order the carpet we had chosen. He was very upfront in letting us know that it may have to come from the factory. When it came in, he was right on it and called to schedule an install. The crew came over and moved out our furniture and bed (for a small fee) and installed the carpet. They were very professional, but let us know what they were doing every step of the way. The whole process from start to finish was handled fantastically and were very happy with the carpet, pad (pet friendly upgrade), and all the work that David and the crew did for us. Never, did we feel we were out of the loop during any of the process. Couldn't have asked for a better purchase and install."
