"I like that this shop has late night hours and is open 7 days a week but that is the only thing I can honestly say I like about it. The store is kind of oddly setup, with a glass case in the center of the floor plan, that is open on one side, making it feel as if you are in an area for employees only, but because it's in the middle of the store you have to be on the open side to view the case behind it. I don't know, it's just strange and a very tight space making it even more uncomfortable of an area. The guy that works there late night is always on his phone when I come in and is not very social, not even in a sales role kind of way. He definitely gives off the vibe that he can't wait for me to leave so he can get back on his phone, which sucks because I like to look around and check things out. That being said, from what I could tell, the product selection across all categories is mediocre, over priced and there is nothing really cool or interesting to compensate for the barley par inventory, making this my go to only when everything else is closed smoke shop."

"Poor customer service. After spending over $200 on a Huni Badger dabbing device, which I was informed I was the first one they sold. It stopped functioning only a few days later. I called and spoke a gentleman on the phone stating they had not sold one in weeks, even though I was supposed to have been the first, and they can't do anything about it. I understand there are warranties but it stopped working within a week and they can't do anything about it. That is just straight wrong, specially considering the cost of the device."
