"Just finished having Omar and Jonathan take out all of my carpet and replace with tile. Top notch group. Shondra was great at helping me pick out the transition tile as well as the room tile options. They guys were on time, were very clean and pleasant to work with. Of note: We had to use 2 different dye lots. Unfortunately, it was not only the dye difference, but several of the tiles had a gloss finish. They guys had already loaded the truck, cleaned up and were ready to walk out the door. I asked Omar to look at one tile for me. He looked down the hallway to the bedroom and said, "Oh No! That is not good. I am going to replace it. I do not like that! This does not look good." Within 20 minutes, he had voluntarily decided that the tile was a mis-fit, chiseled it out, reset a new one and grouted it. I did not request that but just asked him to tell me what he thought and to me, that was worth every penny I spent on the job. Love it when a tradesperson has so much pride in their work and their job!!!! I told him I would hire him in a minute to do any of my flooring!"
