"I will say that the medical providers and hygienists at this office are amazing! The only issue I have had is regarding their insurance specialist/ receptionist. I was told my dental benefits termed by a different provider. I explained this to the insurance specialist at San Tan Dental. She checked and verified my benefits were active and said the other providers office was clearly inept because I have active benefits. Prior to my next service I asked she check again to be sure, as I did not want to get stuck with a huge bill. She claimed they were active and had verified a second time. I received a call today from the practice, stating they just found out my benefits had termed and I now owe them several hundreds of dollars. I work in the insurance industry in Healthcare. This is completely unacceptable. My company would never charge a client for our mistake. I could have paid for a new policy prior to this appointment. And although it was their mistake, they made sure to let me know I need to pay soon or I will be sent to collections. Very dissatisfied."
