"Working with Anthony was great. We had wood look tile, carpet and stonework for our fireplace. Anthony quoted us a week for demolition and installation of the tile. Installation of the tile and stonework was completed a day early. Carpet installation was quoted for one day and was completed on time. We were very pleased with everyone. I would highly recommend Flooring Gallery and more. We are enjoying the tile, carpet and fireplace. Excellent carpet and tile work . Scheduling was great."

"Absolutely the most disappointing experience! I visited Flooring Gallery and found great selections to have installed - wood flooring and porcelain tile - in 2,600 sf of my house. This included demolition of existing flooring (which I was warned of the mess and prepared for!). Anthony measured the job and told me 1 day for demo and everything would be completed in 2 weeks. I gave Anthony one month's notice for the start of the job, which was to start 6/4/18. First day, lots of activity and mess. Then the rest of the week, only one kid would show up and do what he could. I visited Anthony at the store on day 5 day he blew me off, mumbling that it was a big house with lots to demo (he stood in that very house and told me 1 day demo!). The installation crew were rarely there as a team, saying they were pulled off my job to install a shower (many showers to install because this was a constant narrative). This went on for a month, with installation progressing slowly. Then on a Tuesday in early July, they worked 1/2 a day, left and did not come back. I contacted Anthony on Saturday, asking is anyone coming back to finish the job. He seemed surprised, saying he thought they were done. He started asking for the rest of the payment, but there were issues that needed fixing. The job was finally completed on 8/14/18 - 71 days after starting the job. Their too-late apologies and claims that "I was the only job scheduled" were disappointingly false! I will never recommend Flooring Gallery."

"Flooring Gallery in Goodyear recently installed laminate flooring in my home. I am very pleased with everything from my first visit to the store to the finished product. Anthony is a great salesman. He answered all our questions,educated us about the options, sent us home with samples and offered excellent design options that we hadn't thought of when he came to our house to measure. The two installers were prompt, courteous, industrious and exhibited pride in their workmanship. Everything was finished in a timely manner and now I am enjoying what feels like a brand new house!"
