"Extremely Rude and Poor Customer Service On 7/25/2023, I was hoping to make a quick purchase at this combo Dollar Tree/Family Dollar located at 5225 S Central, Phoenix. I worked in retail for 14 years and know poor and great customer service. Great Coworkers come to the rescue when another cashier is bombarded instead of laughing it up. In this case, a couple held up line with 2 full baskets. A simple question of how long will it take today open another register was met with rudeness of I'll be done when I get done. I put my stuff in front of her and walked out the door. A simple 5 mins and sorry for the wait would have been a better answer."

"I usually buy from this local store but the staff is always distracted and talking to others while attending me or anyone else they always have trash around the store and everything piled up they are usually out of stock when I need something but are a good convenience store but wish that they did care more about their customers and not have smoke breaks outside of the store or yell across the store, they also play really loud music from their own speakers and have open products laying around."

"Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Store was clean. With the exception of several items the store was well stocked. One employee went above and beyond their job, he brought my friend's bags out to the car. We're mobility challenged so it was a blessing that he helped her. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The one thing that wasn't up to expectation is that they only had one shopping cart. For now access can be a bit confusing due to the light rail construction. There are small signs that tell which businesses are at each opening between the large, orange construction barriers. It just requires paying attention to the signs."

"They had some really great deals! I usually don't go to Family Dollar but I stopped in tonight and they had great savings with their smart coupons. I signed up from my phone and was able to use the coupons right away. I will definitely be going back. Plus the cashier who waited on me was very nice and helpful ."
