Sure, I’ve gotten a roll or two of tape that hasn’t been satisfactory, but they always comp a new one to make it right. The management and staff are quite knowledgeable and helpful when recommending products - even for tricky situations or funky surfaces. I’ve been a Sherwin guy for 14+ years, and this has been my favorite for the past few. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
"This store is awesome. We’ve been in a few times ( won’t go to another store now) getting help with matching paint for our new home. The staff , all of them, are so knowledgeable and helpful. They are friendly in person and on the phone. They treat you like a friend who truly cares about making sure you are satisfied. They explain the different paint grades and helped us make the best decision for us. In a climate where good customer service seems to be dwindling, it’s not dwindling in this store. I highly recommend giving them your business. You won’t be disappointed!"
