"I had a crown put on a tooth about 3 years ago at this office. Today I had to get a second opinion of some discomfort I’ve been having on that tooth. The second dentist has told me that the crown was placed on a tooth with a deep infection, causing the infection to become trapped and has since been eating away at my jaw bone. I now have to see an oral surgeon in hopes of repairing my jaw bone so I can then get implants. Bright Now Dental offices are not thorough whatsoever and could cause you further issues down the road."

"The last two visits to Bright Now Dental on greenfield have been the most pathetic experiences ever. We had appointments for cleanings and both times there hasn’t been a hygienist available to do the cleaning. The first time the dentist actually did the cleaning and this most recent visit had a person that could only do soft plaque. Then the dentist came in for a 3 minute “cleaning and scraping.” We have had appointments in the past where we have received confirmation texts for the appointment, showed up only to be told we didn’t have appointments. It also took over a year to receive a bill from them. Time to find a new dentist. I gave them a 1 star review only because there wasn’t a zero option."
