"Awful, awful experience. Came for their free emergency exam because I was in immense pain. Would not recommend to anyone. Waited a decent minute to be seen. Dentist immediately talked down to me for not having my tooth fixed sooner, even though I explained money was the issue. His response was “figures, it’s always something”. Acknowledged my tooth was dead and that I needed a root canal. Told me not to pull it because I’m already missing teeth. Said they’d run the costs and come back and let me know how much. I sat in that chair for 30+ minutes sobbing because my tooth hurt so bad. Eventually the receptionist came in and told me the costs. Insane $3k. Explained I’d get a discount for first time patient. Told me the discount. $1800. Asked if I’d like to get it done. I shook my head. Asked me to sign that I would call later when I have the money. I left sobbing. No pain management or anything. I don’t want my tooth worked on by someone who’s just gonna look down on me because I don’t have money.. called another dentist. Got a way lower quote. That dentist asked why I wasn’t given pain meds because I was sobbing on the phone with them. I explained I didn’t know. Made an appointment with them for Monday. Had my mother call THIS place and ask why they didn’t give me pain meds. Gave my mother the run around and made it seem like we were fishing for meds. Said they’d fill a prescription for me for but LIED. It was just for strong Tylenol. But just the fact that they lied and I knew they would! I called the pharmacy. Thank you so much for the emergent help with my tooth. 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Extremely unprofessional behavior from the front office staff. Spoke with Brittaney from the gilbert office who was extremely rude and dismissive. I had requested a copy of the X-rays and dental treatment plan I paid for and had done weeks prior. I was told that they would be sent to me immediately after my appointment and I never received them. On subsequent calls she informed me they lost the dental treatment plan and told me they will refuse to send me my X-rays until they can locate it. They literally never provided me with a timeline on how long this will take. My insurance already paid for these x-rays and now I will have to pay out of pocket for more because they refuse to send them to me and it is holding up further dental treatment. I'm inclined to file a complaint to the Arizona Dentistry Board."

"I had a temporary crown pop off 30mins after my dentist closed for the weekend on a Friday. After being told by my dentist’s receptionist that I’d have to re-set my temporary crown by myself or wait till mid-day Monday to be seen, I had to find another option because it was the top right furthest back molar and I can’t see anything back there. I called Anytime Dental and they booked me at their Gilbert location within an hour of my call. Juliana was the technician who took care of me. She cleaned the cement from my temporary crown and detailed around my exposed tooth to ensure it set firmly till my next appointment. She was very detailed and kind throughout the whole process. To top it off, the receptionist wouldn’t let me pay for it. That is service!! I am so impressed and so grateful. I didn’t want to spend the entire weekend with a temperature sensitive exposed tooth and would’ve had a really hard time putting it back on myself. They saved my weekend. I would highly recommend this team and will probably be back in the future! Thank you so much, Juliana and Anytime Dental!!"

"Yeah I am not sure how this place is at 4.9 stars. The front desk people were excellent and patient when dealing with my insurance but that’s where it ended. The assistant that was helping my dentist sprayed my face with water at least 7 times. I complained about it during the filling and after the work was done and the dentist/doctor made light of it saying I was getting a facial instead of requesting a new practitioner to take over or making any changes. I asked the dentist if he could make sure all my other teeth looked okay and I got told do you have an xray? I said well you took a bunch just now guy just went okay and moved on didn’t address anything. I have been to several clinics in 3 different countries and I can honestly this is the most uncomfortable I have ever felt and most uncaring place I have been to for dental work."

"It was a great experience although he was not able to help with what I needed done he was very helpful with my needs by referring me to someone that should. Definitely will use them for my future dental work. Everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable."
