"I have to recommend that you hesitate to use this company, especially for anything by mail or internet. They sent me a part that was 2 digits off on the part number which means the mounting bracket did not match at all. The only way to know it does not match is to completely disassemble your dashboard, so I’m left with an undriveable car and unknown wait to repair time. Electronics is a precision game. Buyer beware here. I gave 2 stars because the guy on the phone seemed nice and a screen did show up. That said, no make-right a week later."
"My Lexus RX450h had a shattered rear entertainment screen, and I was shocked to hear Lexus tell me the replacement part was $7,200 plus labor. I searched online for used units and found a handful on eBay for thousands, and many more people in my position on the forums. Next, I looked into just blanking both screens and removing the option entirely, and found it was going to cost even more to fix the upholstery on my seats (not to mention the console would then look ridiculous with an HDMI input and headphone ports to nothing). I had previously replaced laptop screens and other auto electronics and thought “how hard could this be?” Removing the display from my seat was simple. Pop off the bottom panel with a screwdriver, and remove three 10mm nuts. I carefully opened the housing to get identifiers on the LCD and search for replacement panel online, but after hours of searching I could not find one anywhere. Enter AutoTechnologyRepair. Not only was the team able to source the panel I needed in a few days, they shipped it to me in Seattle and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked."
"I needed a digitizer for my 2008 4Runner navigation unit and unable to find an exact fit until talking with Wes at Auto Technology Repair. These folks are professional and will find a digitizer for a unit if one exists. Thank you Auto Technology Repair for your help."
"I've never left a Google Review before so these guys MUST be good. I have the standard crappy Cadillac Cue screen problem like half the world does. I bought a touch screen from some company on Ebay and used Auto Technology Repair's YouTube video to show me how to replace it (great video) but unfortunately this didn't fix my problem. I asked a simple question in the YouTube review section and immediately had a response from ATR asking me to call them to discuss. They spoke to me several times and were awesome to deal with even though I didn't even buy the screen from them. They then troubleshooted my stereo over the phone, sent me a new screen and offered to refund my money if the screen didn't work. My hat's off to a stand up company. We need more of these in the world."
"Wes and the guys at Auto Technology Repair knocked it out of the park for me! Cadillac Cue issue, I ordered a replacement screen and installed, couldn’t get the Cue to power up. Sent the unit to Auto Technology repair, and my unit was repaired to oem specs , and turned around in 24 hours. I’m pretty happy to pay top notch technicians $1500 less than I would pay the dealership! Thanx Wes!"
