"I reached out to Oasis for an initial consultation for my daughter. They took my insurance information over the phone and was able to get us an appointment in just a few days. During the initial consultation we met with Erin and she was absolutely amazing. She took additional x-rays from what we provided and then Dr. Day came in to explain the process. He was very detailed in his explanation and made me as well as my daughter feel very comfortable. After the explanation of the process we were provided the breakdown of cost. There was no pressure at all and we were provided the option to take some time to think about it and follow up, schedule for a later date or even get started right away. My daughter felt so comfortable, as did I, she decided she wanted to get the braces put on right away. The process was very smooth and my daughter left with her braces that same night.
