"Called office many times to set up dental appointments for my son and daughter. No answer. No callback. Poorly ran. I'm glad I didn't get a callback now because I can only imagine what service my kids would receive."
"I temped here in 2017 as a hygienist for a day without a break or lunch. Despite being promised. I asked for payment before leaving and Dr. Etebari said he would mail it, despite clarifying before taking the job that it would be same day pay. I called and emailed several times for months after and never got my check. According to multiple hygienists I have worked with, he does this often. I would not recommend this practice due to lack of integrity. If he is going to rip of people providing work to make this office successful, he will rip off others."
"Far and away the most incompetent dentist I've ever patronized or looked into. I've spent the last 3 years having repaired what Dr. Etebari effed up. I've had two teeth pulled due to incorrectly constructed crowns plus two more crowns put in because of further incorrect repairs. I still have the crowns that fell out and verified his complete lack of skill by three more dentists. His staff was polite and appointments always readily available. Hmmmm. I should have noticed that red flag. Do yourself a favor that and go elsewhere!"
"Went there for a tooth abscess. The front office staff is great, very sweet and attentive. The dentist however- not so personable and almost a bit cold like he didn't care to be there, I didn't feel very comfortable but more like I was a pain, it was actually kind of awkward. Didn't give much detail on my infected tooth or really even talk much period, didn't give any suggestions, the staff explained more to me than he did. Even the referral for where to get my root canal was come crappy one-star office, I ended up just choosing my own. Never going back there."
"I didn't have a very good experience with this dentist office and the problem wasn't limited to one staff member. When I was having my teeth Xray'd they put in the cardboard applicators that were way to big for my mouth and even though I tried to tell them being latino that I have a very small mouth and need the children's applicators they refused to let me use them. This was extremely painful for me to bite down on but was of no concern to the assistant. Then when pulling the applicators out of my mouth she basically ripped them out, leaving cuts in my cheeks. This lovely experience was followed up by my cleaning performed by an another assistant that kept running the cleaning machine into my gums and causing even more pain. I asked 4 times for her to slow down and take it easy that she was hurting me and all she would do is blow me off with a comment(in very broken english) and keep doing it. A few hours after returning home I was still in a great deal of pain from this "cleaning" and had to use oral gel pain reliever to subdue the pain in my mouth along my gums and cheeks. My husband called the office and spoke to the "manager" there which turned out to be Tammy, the same person that did my Xray and ripped out the applicators and denied my the proper size for my mouth, was very defensive and never once even mentioned that they were sorry for the pain and discomfort they had caused me. Instead she said things like, I did her xrays and she only compained to me once so I don't think she was in that much pain and the lady that cleaned your teeth has 10 years experience and has never had a complaint. Really? in 10 years of cleaning teeth she has never made a mistake or has never hurt anyone, ever? After the experience I had this is pretty much impossible to believe. Even good hygienists make mistakes now and then. The appropriate response is to say you are sorry and to do what you can to assure the patient that you will make an extra effort not to hurt this person again in the future. This was not the response from Tammy the manager of this dentist office. She was rude, her staff was rude and shows no signs of caring for their patients IMO. My family will not be going there again."
