"The Associate was busy but very polite (visit on 2/11/24). She apologized to everyone for the wait and thanked us for being patient. When it was my turn to be waited on she listened and heard what I had already researched online, which to tell you the truth was not flattering for the boots. However, I'd heard too many good things word of mouth about Red Wing Boots to take the online opinions too seriously. She was able to map or assess my feet within a few minutes and recommend a couple different boots according to my needs. I'd already come prepared to purchase boots but she made it that much easier. Very impressed that any company offers the workmanship guarantee that Red Wing does anymore! The trade off, taking care of your boots and understanding it is the key to a good pair of boots!"
