"We went to several carnecerias looking for cabeza and this was our last stop...by choice. We found our cabeza and enjoyed incredibly friendly and helpful service (in both Spanish and English). Not only did we get a great price on a cabeza but we also picked up some incredibly beautiful marbled boneless ribeye steaks (we grilled those babies up and yum!). And bonus! They had some scraps we took home for our pup! What also impressed us was the line of people patiently waiting their turn and all of them saying they’d wait all day because of the service and the high quality meat. We’re heading back tomorrow to shop and get our meats for the upcoming week.
