"While my appointment with Jessica was wonderful!!!!!... I must say that I am disappointed in the service which was provided to my daughter today. My daughter said the stylist was hurting her and was not nice. On top of that, the price for her session was ridiculous! Looking the the "estimated price" versus what I paid was no where near what it should have been. And I received no receipt detailing out how they magically created this price. Shocking that a stylist would not check with the parent if I would have been okay paying that price. I would have said no and gone with an alternative style. I know my daughter refuses to come back and based on this I don't think I will be recommending any of my friends, family of my daughters friends to get services here."

When I found Wylde was open, I called and the receptionist was so kind and fit me in for the trim I was looking to get. When I got there, I was greeted by super friendly staff in a GORGEOUS marble salon. I waited for maybe 5 minutes and then I had the pleasure of having Vanessa take care of my hair. She was so incredibly sweet and took amazing care of my hair. We had such great chatter and we also were joined by a gentleman who was also so very friendly and genuinely thanked me for coming in. I didn’t catch his name, but he was very welcoming! I could tell from the moment I walked in that my business was very personally appreciated and I felt that human connection every minute I was there.
