"My experience wasn't bad at first. But a day after I went in for my teeth cleaning I started coming down with a sickness. I don't go out since I do online learning, so they were the only place I had visited. The sickness was really bad I don't know exactly what I contracted from them at first but I initially thought that over time it would go away. I had sores on the back of my throat like strep but I was also very congested. After 3 days I had not gotten better and I had actually gotten worse. I then realized the sickness turned into a sinus infection. I got antibiotics for the sinus infection but it did not clear up until it then turned into pneumonia. I'm still currently very sick with Pneumonia and I have no clue what kind of bacteria or virus this place was spreading. Honestly kind of afraid to go out ever again lol."

"Love this place! The staff is always friendly. They answer all my questions and keep me calm as I do get bad anxiety coming to the dentist. They keep me comfortable during any procedure that may require pain management. Plus they are open on weekends so I don’t have to miss work."

"This was honestly the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. Blair, Prestley, Stephanie, Staci and Dr. Karren were supremely professional and pleasant to work with. Dr. Karren was considerate and made sure he had my consent every step of the way -- not just the paper consent I signed but actually told me what he was doing and made sure it as ok, checked with me throughout the procedure to see if I needed a break, and reminded me regularly that he could stop at any time if I raised my left hand. The dental hygienist and front desk staff were personable and chatted with me through some of the wait time, and patient with me as we figured out why my insurance kept coming up from an old policy. There was no judgement about my dental history or anything. I would love to come back for my regular cleanings, and will be taking my husband here for his dental work. Highly recommend Dr. Karren."

"I was really happy here at first. They got me in for a broken tooth and did a lot of great dental work for me over the last couple of years. They offer discounts if you pay in advance, they're open long hours so you can usually get in quickly and you don't have to miss work. The dentists come and go pretty quickly but I have been happy with all of the dentists, some more than others but all were good and seemed happy to be there. The service started dropping off as I had less work I needed done which is good for me I guess because I didn't need much now. This last visit I had to wait 30 minutes just to go back, then another 15 give or take in the chair, they were super awkward about taking the payment and instead of a discount they've added a new 3.5% fee for card payments. The work they charged me just under $400 for took about 5 minutes... Not that I wanted them to stretch it out to take longer, I just feel a little taken advantage of. Seems like they could have charged a little less because it was a 5 minute fix and I've paid more than $10,000 for dental work here. Now I'm wondering if I got scammed and maybe this didn't need to be done at all. I loved my hygienist before, she used a water jet and I felt like she did a really good job, very friendly and she genuinely seemed to care, she left the practice for differences with the policies, she couldn't see enough patients in a day to make management happy I guess. The new (to me) hygienist uses an old fashioned metal hook. She offered me a fluoride treatment and then forgot about it while dealing with another patient. And as a side note, the bathrooms were dirty, which makes me wonder if the cleaning is being done in other places... I just don't feel as good about this dental office as I once did."
