"Every single appointment I have made for my son’s check ups has been canceled/rescheduled. Every single one of them. Because of my work schedule I can only take my son late afternoons, so when I call to reschedule I end getting a new appointment up to a month and a half out."

Everyone was so friendly. The office environment was so inviting they were very thorough and answered every question I had, the Orthodontist explained exactly how the whole process will go. We talked about payment options, which was super easy. I just can’t say enough good things about this place and I haven’t even started. They made the decision to start my Invisalign journey with them so easy to make."

"Do not go here. My daughter and I had a horrible experience. The cost is way overpriced and their system does not properly communicate. You are bounced around and there is never a point of contact to try and discuss matters or continuance of care. It's been over a year and I am still being charged and trying to resolve these issues and they won't help me with retainers. My husband lost his job and we missed a few payments and we tried to restart and they kept charging me but said I needed to find a new dentist. This was after paying on time for most of our payments. Heartless company with no empathy. Very poor customer service."
"When I walked in there for my first appointment, Dr.cole and financial assistant was so helpful to help me create my gorgeous smile. As having kids teeth shifting and not wearing my retainer after high school. In a short time I will have my smile back . And both of my older boys will be starting their journey with braces soon. So I definitely recommend in this office if you’re looking for good quality clean environment and helpful. And a place to listen to your concerns without any judgment."
