"First time at this dentist today. This is the 3rd dentist I've tried in my 3 years in Arizona. This one wins by a mile and a half. Informative, professional, and personable - and not pushing unnecessary work. First time I heard a dentist in AZ call a tooth a "watch" like my excellent dentist when I lived in Chicago. I.e., this place isn't aggressive, pushing drilling things unnecessarily - experiences I had at other practices in AZ. I'll be going back to this one. Honest and friendly dentist, great hygienist. Great cleaning. Happy customer."

"*Update* I was able to get in touch with them today and it seems that the issue stemmed from an error on my insurance’s side of things. The person who answered was lovely and was able to fit me in on short notice for the crown and resubmit an authorization that is about to expire. I’m so grateful that all of this is resolved. This office really does do great work and is very flexible when needed. Pros: clean office outstanding staff, flexibility Cons: disorganized, communication I really enjoyed Coolidge family dental. I had gone here for years with my family. However, this past year has been a nightmare. One second they take my insurance and the next they don’t. After sorting that out I made an appointment a month out because they called and said my authorization for crowns was approved. I went to the appointment just to be told no authorization was received and I would have to pay the cash price. I rescheduled my appointment giving them time to sort it out. Mind you, I had gone through this with them several times prior to this. I called the day before my appointment to confirm the authorization for the crown and they said they still haven’t received it. Not sure why they didn’t know this or what the issue is with it on their end. I’ve tried calling several times today and can’t get a hold of anyone to finally move forward with my dental work. This office is great if you need simple work or a routine cleaning. Will update review as I go along."

"I had a gold crown that had fallen off. I found Coolidge Family Dental and called for an appointment. They were very nice and were able to work me into their busy schedule. Upon my arrival I was checked in immediately and within minutes, I was called back to get an x-ray then guided to the waiting dental chair to get my crown glued back onto the tooth. The entire staff was polite and very professional. Thank you for putting my crown back in place and it feels great."
