"The practice is trying to go back in time and pressure patients to pay for services the office neglected to bill insurance for years ago. Over 2 years ago my kids went to Dr. Weinrich for a cleaning and exam. They were fully insured as Dr. Weinrich’s office always double checks that at the time the appointment is made. Years later I’m presented, for the first time, with a bill for $519 since Dr. Weinrich’s office did not submit the bill to insurance. I have been to the office multiple times since then and no one had ever brought it up. I called and spoke to Dr. Weinrich and he explained that they had a problem with the office management staff for not billing insurance and getting payments so they had to let the person go. He said that she was hired at another doctor’s office but only lasted 2 weeks. You may have had trouble with your staff but ultimately the owner should have gotten the situation resolved. I have a problem with the new ownership and office management for trying to go back years and penalize the patients for because they didn’t do their job. This is highly unethical, unprofessional and unacceptable!"

Meghan at the front desk SOMEHOW fit us in. The dental assistant, sorry didn’t get her name, was so calming. The dentist was wonderful, explaining step by step procedure ( of course it wasn’t just a crazy glue fix, being a 10 year plus crown). I wish we could change dentists (we’re from Michigan). "I recently broke a tooth during lunch. Dr. Weinreich and his staff had me in their office the next morning and fitted me with a temporary cap. I just had my follow-up appointment and they fitted the permanent cap. It was perfect. Dr. Weinreich and his team do excellent work, they are efficient, as well as kind and compassionate. I live in Scottsdale and even though there are a lot of dentists closer to me, I choose to see Dr. Weinreich in Fountain Hills."

"I can't say enough about Dr D! I took my daughter to see a Scottsdale dentist late last year and was told she needed a root canal with a crown, which would of been very costly. I decided to get a second opinion so i took her to see Dr Dana, which I am very glad I did! He was able to treat the cavity without doing a root canal and now my daughter is pain free...and i have more money in my wallet!!
