"While the staff is nice, the explanation of treatment plan was horrible. My husband went in to close a gap instead the gap was made bigger and we had to go get an implant (which was very very expensive). We didn't realize this until way after the treatment was began. In the end we paid over $6k for braces and one tooth implant. Very dissapointed."

"Had taken my son to his appointment and the dentist assistant)DA)was working on his braces, so as a paying customer I’m asking questions. The DA then turns to ask her lead for a bracket, she touches it with her bare hands she is washing and preparing instruments and the One working on my son is wearing gloves. It’s not OK and unsanitary, it is a health hazard. Then I spoke to the lead and she tells me that her hands were clean even though I seen her cleaning the instruments I specifically told her how do I know that your hands were clean, didn’t really have a response for me. During this time I heard her say oh that bracket has glue on it from when we were going to use it on a previous patient but we didn’t, so then I questioned her about it and she says no it’s clean it’s sanitized we never used it, it never came out, it was never on the table with the patient ???? I then spoke to the doctor which he did not have any empathy or any concern he just stated that he would talk to them He didn’t seem to be bothered by it and it wasn’t a big deal to him. I was very disappointed In the service that happened today and the doctors lack of empathy for me and my son. Braces aren’t free and I am a paying customer and I am so disappointed in the service, however, I can say one great thing that the front desk lady is very nice and was very empathetic and she was very concerned for my son and me. We will be finishing out the braces and after that I will no longer take my child there. I have taken two other children there and I’ve never had this type of experience until today I am so disappointed and hurt and angry."
