"Been going here for 1 1/2 years but not going back. Last time I went we were 10 minutes early, but at least the office was open so we could wait inside.The old woman at the desk told us (in a very snotty manner) that we were early and would have to wait because they were still at lunch. Then I was told that a mouth guard would cost me $95 out of pocket. 2 months later I got a bill for almost $400 more dollars. Today we had a cleaning appointment, we were 10 minutes early and the door was locked. I called and there was no answer. We waited until after our appointment time and the door was still locked. I called again and there was no answer. There is no time on the door saying that they have a lunch time and there is nothing on the message machine about it. Supposedly they will charge you if you don’t cancel ahead of time, but they don’t seem to care about your schedule. My husband took the day off work for this appointment."

But I continue to come back to their office because of the positive impression I have at at this office. The hygienist is friendly and timely, which I appreciate. The dentist only suggests care when necessary, which my pocketbook appreciates. I will continue to come back to Hatch dentistry."

"I’m so glad my Aetna Savings Plan has Hatch Dentistry at the top of my list! When calling and making my new patient appointment, Peggy was extremely pleasant. I received a call from her for an earlier opening and I was extremely grateful for that, most places don’t do that! Enrique my hygienist was very gentle and attentive to an existing issue I expressed and during my cleaning he never forgot to ensure I wasn’t in any pain while working in that area. Him and Dr. Hatch were very professional and just extremely pleasant! At 32 I still despise the dentist, but I genuinely enjoyed this visit! Coming from someone who had neglected going for multiple years, I can honestly say this experience will make me take better care of my oral health and make me look forward to my cleanings!"
