"Scheduled a Botox appmt and while I was there they taught me into a 3 part laser treatment. I went to pay and their cc machine was not working, becoming a national emergency trying to collect. I felt that they treated me like I was a criminal, even though I been there many times as a consistent customer. candidate for the treatment I wanted. When I reached out to the office to schedule my second follow-up laser treatments no one answers and they never responded. Waste of time money and inconsiderate."

In all honesty, I have not been able to say that for three years. Her approach is outstanding! She actually listens, and she has almost 30 years experience and expertise. Like no other! She is Gold!! She truly does have healing hands. If I had not seen her beforehand, I would have thought that a 6’0” strong male was giving me a massage. She certainly has the strength of one. She is confident, compassionate, comforting, has a wonderful sense of humor, and zeroes in on your problem area. She asks the right questions. She is a pro!! "Diana knows her stuff! The prices are better than most medsoas and they seem to have more experience! So far my skin looks fantastic! Had RF, and getting Endolift soon! Okay, so I had the Endolift. It was likely the most positive experience I have ever had getting a cosmetic procedure. Dr. K was delightful and interactive with me to assure my comfort. The procedure took 2.5 hours. He was patient and competent and entertaining! This is technology likely to someday replace traditional face lifts using incisions. I am already seeing great results and it has been only 4 days. Yes, I have swelling and bruising but I expect shall dissipate within a week. I have already recommended Dr. K to a friend of mine in SoCal in the market for such a procedure.
